Only in Gatlinburg can a concert turn into a craps game without missing a beat.
This moment happened on the Fourth of July at Sugarlands Distillery, right in the middle of a live show. While the musicians played on, a few folks started rolling dice on a whiskey barrel table like it was Saturday night in Vegas. Low stakes, no stress – just good bourbon, great music, and a few wild rolls.
You don’t plan for a scene like this. It just happens. And that’s the magic of Gatlinburg- where a distillery doubles as a venue, strangers become fast friends, and a dice game can break out in the middle of a fiddle solo.
